I've had experience with surveyor's before but this was a new experience. Theo Wakefield thoroughly surveyed the whole boat from keel to masthead in a very methodical and accurate manner. Through his pre-purchase survey over two days, he found several faults that I would never have discovered and which could have reduced safety on board.

 

In the final report of over 100 pages of text and photos, everything is well documented and suggestions for improvements are listed in order of priority. I can't praise Wakefield's work enough and I highly recommend his work to others who want a full overview of the boat they are about to buy.
